    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness. I will spend time listening to you and really paying attention to what it is you need and want. We will work together to create a personalized action plan for your goals, wants and needs.

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you and support you to help identify and overcome your triggers. Taking each one small step at a time. You will learn new ways that will help you on your unique journey.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, stress reduction, self-care, sleep hygiene and many other areas of your life. A wellness journey is much more than the food on your plate. It is a whole body and mind experience.

  • One 90 minute session

  • Target a specific topic that you may feel stuck or lost dealing with

  • Brainstorm

  • Set the goal

  • Develop action plan to overcome obstacles

  • Session notes via email

  • Reference material if needed
