Hi, I’m Wendy.


I am a multifaceted individual, but at the core of my identity, I proudly embrace my womanhood. I navigate the intricate paths of life, embracing its challenges and opportunities.

My upbringing exposed me to numerous health and mental challenges that affected both my family and friends. This prompted me to delve into the reasons behind these issues. Were they tied to genetics, diet, exercise, or environment? At that time, I couldn't pinpoint the exact cause, but I was determined not to follow the same path. My intent was clear—to lead a life marked by vitality and joy, totally different from those around me. I knew that a better way of living was attainable.

This was the take off of my wellness journey, which has spanned approximately three decades. In addition to pursuing personal studies, I hold certifications from the American Council on Exercise and The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My education encompassed a wide range of subjects, including nutrition, behavioral modification, effective communication, holistic well-being, cognitive behavioral change, goal establishment, physical activity, lifestyle-related ailments, dietary and lifestyle choices, primary and secondary nourishment, and much more. I've also have education in herbalism from comprehensive courses led by experts like Rosalee De La Foret and Tieraona Low Dog MD. Also under the mentorship of Clinical Herbalist Sara at Sacred Tree Herbals in Meredith, NH, I refined my understanding of herbs through hands-on experience through her apprenticeship program, advanced and clinical herbalism courses.

Today, as I experience my life in my 50s, my life story has had quite a lot of different experiences—from the highs to the lows, including challenges such as teenage pregnancy, abuse, and perimenopause. These challenges have equipped me with a great deal of effective strategies to confront the curveballs that life throws our way. Something that I have learned that has always stuck is, that people may have similar experiences, yet as each person's needs are different. A one-size-fits-all approach is not the winning number. Guiding my clients towards uncovering their intuition and steering them toward positive transformations brings me so much joy! Navigating life's trials we need both unwavering support and profound compassion, and I am wholly dedicated to addressing the unique challenges that my clients encounter daily.

My Approach

Is to create a safe, non-judgmental and private space for you to talk about your needs, wants, struggles, concerns, desires and goals. This is about the whole you. Not only diet and exercise. Life is a journey and it’s challenging. We work together and create small achievable and sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle.

Each session we get to the root cause of your challenges, you will discover the power within you to make the changes you need to achieve your goals. You will be guided with the tools you need to achieve the wellness you deserve.
