Each session blends personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance with the gentle, calming presence of Reiki. The Reiki energy flows quietly in the background, helping to ease stress, bring clarity, and support you in making choices that truly nourish your body and mind.
You don’t need to have any prior experience with Reiki — most people simply notice that they feel more centered, calm, and focused after their session.

Reiki energy held throughout the conversation to create a calm, grounding space
Optional 5–10 minutes of quiet Reiki at the end of the session for integration

In-Depth Health Assessment –We’ll explore your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, and any medications or supplements you’re taking.
Personalized Herbal & Wellness Plan –You’ll receive tailored recommendations for herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle practices to naturally support your body’s healing.
Education & Empowerment – Learn how specific herbs work, how to use them safely, and how to weave them into your daily life.
Follow-Up Support – Healing is a journey, and we may schedule follow-ups to fine-tune your plan as your body responds.

Reiki Session
Reiki’s gentle, energy-based healing practice will promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. This is a non-invasive technique that works by channeling universal life energy through my hands to support the body's natural healing processes.
How Reiki Works
Reiki is based on the idea that energy flows through all living things. When this energy becomes blocked or unbalanced due to stress, illness, or emotional distress, it can affect overall health. A Reiki session helps restore this flow, promoting harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.
